π September 7th at dusk: Total lunar eclipse visible from much of Spain. β° The total phase begins at 7:31 PM and ends at 8:52 PM (Central Spanish Time).
πͺ September 8-9 (dawn): Conjunction of the Moon with Saturn, which shines at its brightest this month.
β¨ September 12-13 (dusk): Occultation of the Pleiades by the Moon.
π September 14: Last quarter.
π September 16-20 (dawn): Conjunction of the Moon with Jupiter and Venus, accompanied by the star Regulus π.
π September 21: New Moon.
π September 22, 8:19 PM: Autumn equinox in the Northern Hemisphere. Day and night are almost the same length.
π΄ September 24-25 (evening): Conjunction of the Moon with Mars.
π September 30: First quarter.
The month marks the end of summer and the welcome to autumn in the Northern Hemisphere. Saturn, Jupiter, and Venus will accompany the early mornings, while Mars will appear at dusk alongside the Moon.
