Levenhuk Skyline PRO 127 MAK Telescope

The Levenhuk Skyline PRO 127 MAK is the most powerful catadioptric telescope in the Skyline PRO series. A perfect combination of high-quality images and small tube dimensions is the main feature of the Maksutov-Cassegrain optical design. The long focal length and large aperture make this the ideal model for planetary observations. You can observe the flows in Jupiter's atmosphere, the gaps in Saturn's rings, the most prominent features on the surface of Mars, large and small craters, and the highland features of the Moon. Using 5-centimeter (2-inch) eyepieces with a large field of view, this telescope allows you to observe nebulae and compact star clusters. This model doesn't take up much space, so you can easily transport it and set it up anywhere. The mount accepts additional automated drive systems and polar finders for alignment, making it perfect for astrophotography.

The lenses and mirrors are multi-coated for maximum light absorption and increased lifespan. The durable, lightweight aluminum tube is mounted on an equatorial mount with slow-motion controls. You can also install the computerized equatorial tracking system (sold separately) on your mount. It features graduated circles that, after quick adjustment, allow you to locate objects by their celestial coordinates and track them with just a turn of the equatorial control. The height-adjustable tripod has a handy accessory tray where you can store all your tools. The red-dot finderscope allows you to quickly navigate to the desired location.

The kit includes 10-millimeter (0.4-inch) and 25-millimeter (0.98-inch) eyepieces with a 52-degree field of view and magnifications of 150x and 60x, respectively. The lenses are made of glass and feature a fully multi-coated lens. Focusing your telescope is as easy as adjusting the primary mirror with a smooth turn of the knob. This model accepts both 31.75-millimeter (1.25-inch) and 50.8-millimeter (2-inch) eyepieces, so you can use separately purchased eyepieces, not just those supplied with the kit, for a maximum usable magnification of 250x.
