Compared to the highly praised ASI120 camera, ZWO's latest model features a considerably larger sensor withdiagonal of 13.4 mm .
The camera processes128 frames per secondat full resolution ( 1936x1216 px ) if using a fast USB, i.e.USB 3.0 . So it's the perfect ally for photographing the Moon and planets, and with the right filter, even the Sun. However, its applications don't end there: it can also be used to capture faint objects with long exposures of up to15 minutes .
The scope of delivery includesEverything you need to operate the camera : various connectivity options (adapters for 2", 1.25" and T-thread or M42x0.75), a 2 m USB cable, an ST4 guide cable and CD-ROM with the required drivers.
