Omegon Pro LRGB Filter Set: Color for Monochrome CCD Cameras

With this LRGB filter set, you can use your monochrome CCD camera to take high-resolution color photos.

Unlike color cameras, monochrome CCDs offer higher resolution. But how do you get a good color photo with them? With this LRGB color filter set, you can get the best of all four shades:

  • Luminance filter for the monochrome channel
  • Red filter
  • Green filter
  • Blue filter

The combination of these four filters allows you to create a highly detailed color image, as it utilizes all of your camera's pixels for each color channel, unlike what happens with color cameras.

The set is especially suitable for use with a filter wheel. This way, you simply turn the wheel to change the filter after each exposure sequence and create your astrophoto shot by shot.
