The Levenhuk DTX RC1 microscope with remote control is a modern digital-optical device that is indispensable when working with jewelry, watch movements, electronic circuit boards, and other small and complex objects. Thanks to its wireless remote control, the microscope's main functions can be used from a considerable distance. This is especially practical during presentations and group research work.

Color LCD screen, high-resolution photos and videos
Instead of conventional eyepieces, there's a 4.3-inch color LCD screen. The screen captures the image transmitted by the objective and displays it in real time. If necessary, the image can be displayed on a computer screen. To do this, connect the microscope to your computer using the USB cable included in the kit. You can use optical or digital magnification to study the observed samples. The total magnification range varies from 3x to 220x. The microscope also allows you to take high-resolution photos and record videos in Full HD quality (requires a memory card, not included).

Lighting system mounted on flexible supports
The illumination system is not an ordinary one. There are several LED lamps inside the objective lens that provide standard overhead illumination for reflected-light observations. There are also two LED spotlights mounted on flexible brackets that can be bent to different angles to more precisely illuminate the work area. The illumination brightness is adjustable.

Taking photos and recording videos with the wireless remote control
All controls are located directly below the LCD screen; in addition, some options are duplicated on the remote controls. There are actually two remote controls: one is wired and the other is wireless. A wired remote control switch is used to control the illumination. It is located on the power cord. Use it to turn the microscope on and off, and to adjust the illumination brightness. The wireless remote control allows you to adjust the magnification, take photos, and record videos. The remote control makes it easy to make high-quality recordings, as the slightest touch of the microscope can change the device's settings, and the photo or video will be blurry.
