The 12.5x eyepiece is used with 4x, 10x, 20x, 40x, 60x, and 100x objectives. It is compatible with a 30 mm eyepiece tube. The eyepiece does not have a diopter adjustment mechanism to compensate for the user's vision. You can adjust the focus using the diopter adjustment ring on the microscope's eyepiece tube. The eyepiece has an eye relief of 10 mm, making the microscope comfortable for eyeglasses wearers to use.
