BRESSER Messier AR102/1000 EXOS-2 PMC-Eight GoTo Telescope

The Telescope

The Messier AR102 is a high-quality telescope for night and solar observation. The Mount

The EXPLORE SCIENTIFIC GoTo EXOS-2 PMC-Eight mount is equipped with a modern and very precise GoTo control system. It consists of a robust Wi-Fi control unit that provides all necessary interfaces. The NEMA-11 stepper motors are connected directly to this unit via a cable, and it also includes an ST-4 compatible autoguiding interface. The control system also supports micro-step operation to ensure precise tracking.

Intuitive operation via app and graphical star chart
The ExploreStars app, developed specifically for the PMC-Eight system, features a very attractive and intuitive graphical interface. The alignment stars available for control initialization, as well as all celestial objects in the database, are displayed in the form of a star chart with additional textual information. All these objects can be comfortably viewed and selected.

Powerful control unit with Open GoTo for customization
The heart of the control unit consists of an autonomous 2-channel multiprocess processor with 8 CPUs and a 10/100 Ethernet Wi-Fi adapter with IP function. This allows for remote control via browser, ASCOM, app, or serial connection. Additionally, the Open GoTo system allows writing custom firmware and uploading it to the control unit, enabling individual adjustments of device functions, as well as the creation of custom object lists.

Polar finder scope included
The included and pre-installed polar finder scope allows for fast and precise polar alignment and long exposure times without unwanted star trails. The integrated LED illumination unit further enhances the usability of the polar finder scope.
