FF80 Apo 0.76x Full Frame Reducer

The ZWO 3-inch reducer is suitable for full-frame sensors and is designed for the ZWO FF80 Apo . It reduces the original focal length by a factor of 0.76x and flattens the image field. The result is a focal relationship quick f/5.7 . The reducer consists of a three-element optical design, including one ED glass element. The reducer has a connection on the back, which can be used to connect the extension adapter supplied with the FF80 Apo. The flange focal distance is 55 mm, and the reducer incorporates a 2" (M48x0.75) filter thread.

How the connection works

Prepare the FF80APO and the reducer as follows:

• Unscrew the four-segment connector located at the end of the FF80APO telescopic tube.
• Unscrew the 0.76x reducer plug and attach it to the M68 thread of the four-segment connection.
• Next, unscrew the front cover of the reducer, insert it into the focuser and tighten it.
