A High quality Plössl eyepiece with his Classic four-lens design . Ideal for expanding your assortment of eyepieces for small and medium-sized telescopes at a reasonable price.
For high light transmission (brightness) and to avoid annoying reflections, all lens surfaces are provided with a multi-layered . All the BRESSER Plössl eyepieces are provided with a rubber eyepiece holder offering extra comfort and eliminating possible entry of diffuse light into the eye. The eyepiece housing and eyepiece are made completely with quality metal and not plastic. It also has a standard 1.25" filter thread to filter colors and mists. To avoid unwanted reflections, the inside of the eyepiece is coated in black .
The short focal length (higher magnification) is suitable for lunar and planetary observations. The wide focal length (lower magnification) allows you to observe fogs and star swarms with a pleasant eye distance .
That is why all Plössl eyepieces offer higher contrast and sharpness than Huygens or Kellner eyepieces.
