Compact, powerful, and fully automated: your personal observatory ready for action.

Discover the universe with the BRESSER Messier MCX-127 GoTo telescope , a high-performance catadioptric telescope designed for both enthusiastic beginners and advanced observers. Its Maksutov-Cassegrain optical design combines a sharp, high-contrast image with an enclosed, ultra-compact body, ideal for planetary, lunar, solar, and deep-sky observations from any location.

High-performance optics

With a 127mm aperture and 1900mm focal length , this telescope offers an excellent balance between portability and light-gathering capabilities. Its FMC fully multi-coated optics ensure bright, sharp images, even in less-than-optimal sky conditions. The slightly oversized 138mm primary mirror further enhances viewing quality.

Robust and precise mount

The aluminum fork mount and stainless steel tripod ensure a stable, vibration-free base. Thanks to ball bearings on both axes and steel/brass helical gears , tracking celestial objects is smooth, precise, and quiet.

Automated GoTo: Navigate the sky effortlessly

Equipped with the BRESSER Messier GoTo system, this mount allows you to locate and track more than 100,000 astronomical objects in just a few steps. Using the handheld terminal with multilingual backlit display , the user enters basic data and selects the desired object: the telescope will find and track it automatically.

Versatility: AZ mount and EQ in one

One of the MCX-127's most notable features is its ability to switch between altazimuth (AZ) mode for rapid observing and equatorial (EQ) mode for more precise astrophotography. Thanks to the integrated polar wedge , this change is easy and requires no additional accessories.

Designed for astrophotography

It includes a smartphone holder that allows you to capture images directly through the 26mm (73x) Super Plössl eyepiece. It also features an M35 connection thread for mounting astronomical cameras. The 90° tilting diagonal mirror makes it easy to switch between visual observation and photography.
