Refund policy

Return period:

According to current law in the Kingdom of Spain, you have 14 calendar days to return your product, however, we will not accept items used and/or damaged by use.

How do I make a return?

Is the return free?

No, the customer is responsible for the total cost of return shipping, which may vary depending on the size of the package.

When will I receive my refund?

Within a maximum period of 15 days once the product arrives at our facilities. Only the products will be refunded, shipping costs will not be refunded, only the value of the product.

Orders damaged during shipping:

According to our shipping policy, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately providing the following information:

1) Photo of the merchandise with the internal packaging: it must show that the packaging used has protected the contents during transport. An image of the damaged merchandise placed inside the packaging, as it originally arrived to the recipient, is required.

2) Photo of the outer packaging, including the shipping label of the transport company: it must show that the shipment was made with the contracted transport company and that the claim corresponds to the shipment. The photo must be taken at a distance where all the information on the shipping label is visible and legible.

Please remember to always check the good condition of the box before accepting delivery.
