Shipping policy

Clause 1 – Scope and Origin of Shipment
All orders are shipped from Spain within the framework of the European Union’s free movement of goods. This means that customers in EU member states are not required to pay customs duties or complete additional customs procedures, beyond the taxes already included in accordance with current regulations.

Clause 2 – Shipping Cost
The shipping cost is clearly displayed on the checkout page before completing the purchase. By confirming the order, the customer accepts the shipping fee shown at checkout.

Clause 3 – Refusal of Delivery by the Customer
If the customer refuses delivery for any reason —including rejection of the parcel, repeated absence, or refusal to comply with any local fees unrelated to Astro Telescopios— the shipment will be returned to the sender. In such cases, the original shipping cost will not be refunded. If a product refund applies, it will be issued solely for the value of the item, with the shipping costs and any return transport fees deducted.

Clause 4 – Transport Insurance and Damaged Shipments
All Astro Telescopios shipments are covered by transport insurance until they reach the delivery address provided by the customer. If the parcel shows visible external damage, it is recommended to inform the courier at the time of delivery whenever possible. In case the product arrives damaged, the customer must take photographs of the inside of the box showing the item as received, as well as photographs of the outside of the packaging where the damage is visible. The customer must then contact Astro Telescopios immediately by sending the images and order details to info@astrotelescopios.com. These steps are essential to process the claim with the transport company and manage the repair, replacement, or refund as applicable.

Clause 5 – Contact
For any questions related to shipping within the European Union, customers may contact Astro Telescopios at info@astrotelescopios.com.
