The Levenhuk DC65 Compass is a perfect choice for travelers and camping enthusiasts. It will help you easily determine your position and find your way around on a map. This is a liquid-filled compass, so the needle stops much faster than in regular compasses. The dial has two scales: one in degrees and one in mils (approximately 25.4 µm), and the cardinal points are marked with large, easy-to-read letters. During twilight hours or in the dark, you can illuminate the dial with the built-in LEDs; simply press the button located to the right of the compass frame.

The compass lid contains a sighting window, which, along with the one on top of its magnifying glass, will allow you to determine direction with great accuracy. The thumb strap near the sighting window is used to hold the compass in place. The sides of the compass are graduated with map scales for working with maps.

The illumination is powered by one battery (not included).
