The Levenhuk MS3 Mechanical Stage Micrometer is designed for convenient movement of specimens on the stage along the X-axis (left–right displacement) and Y-axis (forward–backward displacement). It also allows you to define the coordinates of the sample area you want to examine. Having the coordinates will enable you to quickly return to the previously selected area. The control wheel allows coaxial control of all movements. Each axis has an auxiliary vernier for highly precise measurements.

The Levenhuk MS3 Mechanical Stage Micrometer is a removable accessory that is installed where the specimen clips are normally placed. It has pins that are inserted into the holes of the stage and secured with a screw. Installing the mechanical micrometer takes less than a minute.

It is not recommended for mounting on plastic microscopes, as they could be damaged.
