The Levenhuk 320 PLUS microscope is a laboratory model for professional microscopy observations. It is suitable for conducting morphological, hematological, biochemical, and other types of research in laboratories at medical institutions and scientific and research centers. University professors can use the Levenhuk 320 PLUS microscope for teaching students in medical departments.
The microscope features achromatic lenses that provide a sharp, detailed, and contrasty image without optical aberrations. The eyepieces included with the microscope provide a wide, flat field of view, allowing observation of large objects with complex structures. The monocular microscope head can be rotated 360°. The magnification range is 40–1600x. A bottle of immersion oil is included in the kit for use with the 100x objective.
The samples to be observed are fixed to a stage. The stage can be moved along two axes. A mechanical micrometer is used for precise positioning of the samples under the objective lens. Sharpness adjustment is achieved using a coaxial mechanism for coarse and fine adjustment.
The samples are illuminated by adjustable brightness LED illumination underneath. The optical beam passes through an Abbe condenser. The iris diaphragm of the condenser allows for brightness adjustment. The kit includes light filters that improve the contrast and sharpness of the observed image. The illumination can be powered by AC power or batteries. This means you can use the Levenhuk 320 PLUS microscope outdoors, on expeditions, and in seminars.

The Levenhuk 320 PLUS microscope is compatible with Levenhuk digital cameras (sold separately). Levenhuk cameras mount onto the eyepiece tube instead of the eyepiece itself.
