Levenhuk 320 BASE Biological Monocular Microscope

The Levenhuk 320 BASE model is a laboratory microscope suitable for microscopic research in a variety of fields. It is ideal for studying biochemical samples and can also be used for general clinical, morphological, and pathological-anatomical analysis. The 320 BASE microscope is an excellent choice for scientific and educational institutions, clinics, or laboratories.

This microscope features a classic monocular head with a wide-angle eyepiece providing 10x magnification. The head can be rotated 360° and has a 45° inclination angle. This design is practical for group research and long-term observations.

It has a rotating nosepiece for four objectives. Thanks to its achromatic optics, the objectives provide a sharp, high-contrast image without aberrations. A 100x objective lens can be used for oil immersion observations. A bottle of immersion oil is included in the kit.

The mechanical stage is equipped with a micrometer, making it convenient to work with microscope slides. Focusing is achieved using coarse and fine adjustment controls. The focusing controls are located on the microscope body.

The illumination system consists of a halogen lamp located beneath the stage and an Abbe condenser with an iris diaphragm. Light filters can be used to improve the contrast of the image obtained. The kit includes a blue filter. The illumination is powered by an AC power supply; its brightness can be adjusted, if necessary.

Caution: Remember that the voltage in the United States and Canada is 110V, and in most European countries it's 220–240V. Check the specifications table for the correct voltage and never plug a 110V device into a 220V outlet or vice versa without using an adapter.

The Levenhuk 320 BASE microscope is compatible with Levenhuk digital cameras (sold separately). Levenhuk cameras mount onto the eyepiece tube instead of the eyepiece itself.
