To expand its range of mounts, Sky-Watcher offers a new model for glasses and telescope users interested in day or night observing... in GOTO (auto aiming). The AZ-GTi Wifi GOTO is therefore an altazimuth mount (the simplest, most comfortable and versatile system to use), motorized on 2 axes and equipped with its own Wi-Fi network . Thanks to your smartphone (system google android either Apple iOS ) and the free SynScan App, you can easily control your mount wirelessly!

After entering the coordinates in the app and following the simple alignment procedure, you will be able to explore the Universe using your smartphone or tablet! It is not necessary to know the sky thanks to the database of more than 10,000 objects... and the help of Dual axis motorization will save you from having to manually compensate for the Earth's rotation . The AZ-GTi even allows you to use SkyWatcher Freedom-Find™ technology to move your instrument manually without losing positioning. You then have maximum freedom, choice and flexibility during your observations.

Thanks to a load capacity of 5 kg (with optional male Vixen dovetail) scopes up to 100/120 mm in diameter or 127 mm Maksutov-Cassegrain as well as small Newton scopes can be used (pay attention to the length of the tube in all 3 cases). Retractable Aluminum Tripod ( optional #SW0418 ) is easily transportable. It is a perfect set (mount + tripod) for the observer.
