Stroll through space observing with both eyes

With this premium fork mount you'll be able to find any target in the sky at lightning speed.

Floating above the clouds... that's how you'll feel with the new Neptune. Thanks to this excellent fork mount, you'll be able to orient heavy, large binoculars across the sky, in any direction and without difficulty. Even items that your normal tripod head couldn't handle will now feel very light. In fact, you'll be able to point your binoculars at any target with your little finger, enjoying a sense of weightlessness as you observe.

A summary of its advantages:

  • A sturdy fork mount for large, heavy binoculars, with an aperture of up to 110 mm or a width of 290 mm
  • Anodised aluminium, stable profile and very good quality manufacturing, to enjoy observation for many years
  • Smooth movement in both axes, so you can easily find any target and enjoy shake-free tracking
  • Adjustable height between 90 and -30 degrees for observing from the zenith to the valley
  • Quality in every detail: designed by experienced observers and manufactured in Portugal.

It will be your favourite fork mount

As an observer you're probably familiar with the experience of placing heavy binoculars on a tripod: everything starts to sway until the tripod head groans and then come the complaints. Positioning objects becomes impossible. How can you observe in these conditions? Do I have to do everything by hand? Forget about it. Only with a stable fork mount can you enjoy observing. The new Neptune can handle large binoculars with an aperture of up to 110 mm. With a tilt wedge, it feels like we're floating from one object to another as we observe.

Move from 90 to -30 degrees with ease

With your binoculars you can now observe in any direction, whether high in the sky or close to the horizon. Thanks to the curved shape of the fork, you can even reach the zenith. Fancy observing distant details in a valley from a mountain? Or from an elevated point with great visibility? What is impossible with most fork mounts can be achieved with the new Neptune.

This is a mount for sky and nature observers who have already tried many options and are now looking for quality.

Teflon bearings on both axes

How can we easily find a target with heavy binoculars? Our developers have been looking for a solution and have found it: a very smooth Teflon bearing on both axes. It sounds simple but, as can be seen in other mounts, it's very difficult to implement. However, this is precisely what contributes greatly to enjoying observation. Now you can locate any target without any effort.

The strength of its components

With anodised aluminium, smooth surfaces and rounded edges, the finish of this mount is convincing in terms of quality in every way. It can handle binoculars weighing up to 9 kilograms, although its own weight is only 4.25 kilograms.

Two-part prism rail

With a length of 150 mm and a width of 55 mm, the two-part prism rail is essential for super-fast installation. The lower part stays on the mount and the upper part on the binoculars. In the blink of an eye you can attach both parts without the need for tools and you'll be ready to observe in the distance.

Tip: We recommend placing the fork mount on a robust tripod with a minimum load capacity of 10 kilograms.

360 degree scale

A fantastic view in all directions, the blue sky, distant mountain peaks and sparkling snow... all this can be captured in professional panoramas. Mount a large camera and marvel at the photos you'll get. It works wonderfully with its precisely adjusted 360-degree scale.

Made in Portugal

This high-quality fork mount is custom-made in Portugal in a small factory. Skilled workers carefully adjust every detail to create one of the best binocular mounts you can find on the market today, with aluminium manufacturing and bearings.

Additional features:

  • 9.52 mm thread for tripod mounting
  • 6.35 mm photo thread for locking binoculars
  • Scale on azimuth and elevation axes
  • Fixing screws on both axes
  • Height-adjustable rail at the base to adjust the centre of gravity.
