Additional eyepieces can be used to expand the microscope's magnification range.
30x eyepieces provide useful magnification to the microscope when using 2x/0.06 objectives.

This eyepiece with diopter adjustment is the best option for microscopes that do not have a diopter adjustment ring on the eyepiece tube. If the user's vision is imperfect, it facilitates sharp focusing of the specimen. If there is already diopter adjustment on the eyepiece tube, it does not prevent the use of this eyepiece. Adjustment can be made on both the eyepiece and the eyepiece tube.

The eyepiece is compatible with microscopes that have a 30mm eyepiece tube.
