The Skyline PLUS 60T telescope is a classic refractor that will be of interest to outer space explorers. It is equipped with an equatorial mount and an expanded set of optical accessories; Even a user with demanding needs will appreciate this telescope. You will be able to observe the phases of Venus, the planetary ring of Jupiter, the rings of Saturn and lunar craters whose diameter is greater than 8 km. The outer edge of the Solar System is less visible, but can be discerned. The telescope is designed for beginner astronomers.

The lenses, made of fully coated glass, transmit a detailed, aberration-free image. An equatorial mount is used to operate the telescope. It can be used to make astronomical observations of the starry sky. The rapid transit of Mercury and the planets around the Sun are visible, as well as the International Space Station in orbit above the Earth. Learning to control the equatorial mount takes some time, but you will soon appreciate its benefits. A 5x optical finder helps you find celestial objects.

The telescope is installed on a sturdy aluminum tripod, with adjustable height. It stays firmly in place even on uneven surfaces, does not sway in high wind conditions, and supports the telescope with a mount and counterweight. The kit includes an accessory tray that easily installs on the tripod.

The kit includes optical accessories that allow you to start making observations right away. Three eyepieces are provided, which you can interchange to quickly obtain the appropriate magnification for observing different astronomical objects, while a diagonal mirror helps observe terrestrial objects. Like all telescopes, Levenhuk Skyline PLUS 60T telescopes produce an inverted image that is not suitable for terrestrial observations. The diagonal mirror corrects this effect and produces an image in the normal orientation.
