AC 80/640 Messier Nano AZ Telescope

Under the name of Messier , the traditional Bresser house offers telescopes for ambitious beginners with a Great value for the price . Messier telescope systems are expandable and retrofittable, making them useful well beyond the initial steps.

The AC 80/640 optics : the 80 millimeter diameter objective lens collects 31% more light than a comparable 70 mm refractor telescope. This is noticeable in the optical performance: at Jupiter, at a distance of almost 600 million kilometers, the two main cloud bands become visible and many Messier objects can be seen.

The short focal length of just 640mm allows for impressive wide-field observations of open star clusters in the Milky Way. The short design of this refractor also makes it an interesting low-cost travel telescope.

The optics are delivered almost completely pre-assembled and with all the necessary accessories: you can start observing immediately without having to screw. The refractors are also very stable and durable.

The Nano AZ mount : This single-arm mount is immediately ready to use and easy to handle, much like a photographic tripod. The mount supports up to 3.5 kg, and all telescopes can be mounted with a Vixen-type prism rail.

The stainless steel tripod is a very stable base for the mount.
