The BRESSER Messier AR-127L/1200 telescope and the EXOS-2 PMC-Eight GoTo mount are ideal partners for detailed observation of the Moon, planets, and the Sun. With a large aperture of 127 mm and a long focal length of 1,200 mm, this refractor telescope provides sharp, high-contrast images. The Moon, Mars, Jupiter, and other celestial bodies appear in stunning detail. The telescope is also prepared for safe solar observation thanks to a high-quality solar filter that allows risk-free viewing of our star. The modern mount facilitates navigation with its convenient GoTo control and the intuitive ExploreStars app. It also excels in both visual observation and astrophotography, thanks to its highly accurate tracking.

The Telescope

For planetary observation, the BRESSER Messier AR-127L telescope is an ideal instrument. Admire the structures of Jupiter's cloud bands, the fine grooves and craters on the Moon's surface, as well as details on Mars, including the icy polar caps of our neighboring planet. Observe the dance of Jupiter's moons around the planet and discover the greenish glow of Uranus beyond Saturn's orbit. Thanks to the combination of large aperture and long focal length, the BRESSER Messier AR-127L telescope delivers sharp, high-contrast images that will impress you every time. Furthermore, with the safe, high-quality solar filter, you can also observe sunspots, eclipses, and planet transits without risk. (Warning: Never point the telescope at the Sun without a solar filter!)
Enjoy a high-quality telescope for night and solar observation.

The Mount

The EXPLORE SCIENTIFIC EXOS-2 PMC-Eight GoTo mount is equipped with a modern and highly precise GoTo control system. It consists of a robust Wi-Fi control unit that provides all necessary interfaces. The NEMA-11 stepper motors are connected directly to this unit via cables, and an ST-4 compatible autoguiding interface is also available. In addition, the control system supports micro-stepping mode to ensure precise tracking.

Intuitive control via app and graphical star map
The ExploreStars app, specially developed for the PMC-Eight system, offers a highly intuitive visual interface. The app displays the available alignment stars for mount initialization, as well as all celestial objects in the database on a star map with additional text information. All these objects can be easily viewed and selected.

Powerful control unit with Open GoTo for customization The core of the control unit is a standalone 2-channel multiprocessor with 8 CPUs and a 10/100 Ethernet Wi-Fi adapter with IP function. This allows remote operation via a browser, ASCOM, app, or serial connection. Thanks to the Open GoTo system, it is also possible to write and upload custom firmware to the control unit, allowing for personalized adjustments of the equipment's functions and the creation of custom object lists, etc.

Includes polar finder scope
The included and pre-mounted polar finder scope allows for quick and precise alignment and extended exposure times without unwanted star trails. The integrated LED illumination unit further enhances the convenience of the polar finder scope.
