A winning combination: enjoy spectacular sky observations with the BRESSER Messier AR-127S/635 tube and the EXOS-2 PMC-Eight GoTo mount, both day and night. Thanks to its compact design, the telescope is perfect for wide-angle observations, such as impressive views of the Andromeda galaxy or large gas nebulae. The four-lens achromatic with its large 127 mm aperture offers high contrast and minimal chromatic aberration. In addition, the high-quality solar filter allows safe observations of our star. The modern mount provides precise tracking and intuitive celestial navigation via the app, ideal for your astronomical explorations and photography.

The Telescope

As a high-quality telescope for night and solar observations, the BRESSER Messier AR-127S/635 tube with its compact design offers particularly large and bright fields of view. Don't miss observing the Andromeda galaxy. The light from this object, visible over 2 million light-years away, is as spectacular as observing large gas nebulae. The large aperture of the Messier AR-127S/635 allows the use of nebula filters that show these in astonishing contrast. Thanks to its special construction as a four-lens achromatic, this design achieves less chromatic aberration and better photographic correction than comparable double-lens devices, despite its fast focal ratio of f/5 for a refractor. With the high-quality solar filter, you can safely observe sunspots, eclipses, and planetary transits. (Warning: never point the telescope at the sun without the solar filter).

The Mount

The EXPLORE SCIENTIFIC EXOS-2 PMC-Eight GoTo mount is equipped with a modern and very precise GoTo control system. It consists of a robust Wi-Fi control unit that provides all necessary interfaces. The NEMA-11 stepper motors are connected directly to this unit via cables, and it features an ST-4 compatible autoguider interface. Additionally, the control system supports micro-stepping mode for precise tracking.

Intuitive Control via App and Graphical Star Map
The ExploreStars app, specifically developed for the PMC-Eight system, offers an intuitive and visually appealing user interface. It displays the stars available for alignment, as well as all celestial objects from the database on a star map with additional text information. All these objects can be easily visualized and selected.

Powerful Control Unit with Open GoTo for Customization
The core of the control unit is a fully autonomous multi-channel processor with 8 CPUs and a 10/100 Ethernet Wi-Fi adapter with IP functionality. This allows remote operation via browser, ASCOM, app, or serial connection. Open GoTo allows writing and uploading custom firmware to the control unit, enabling individual adjustments of device functions and the creation of personalized object lists.

Polar Finder Included
The included and pre-mounted polar finder allows for quick and precise alignment and extended exposure times without unwanted star trails. The integrated LED illumination unit further enhances the user comfort of the polar finder.
