Levenhuk New Skyline PRO 12" (300/1525) Dobsonian Telescope
Newtonian reflector on a Dobsonian mount. Aperture: 304mm. Focal length: 1525mm

The Levenhuk New Skyline PRO 12" is a powerful and practical system with a manual Dobsonian mount. It is your gateway to the secrets of our solar system and the distant universe. Its large 304mm aperture and 1525mm focal length are highly beneficial for observing the impressive details of celestial objects. The optical elements, made of BK-7 glass, guarantee high image quality, sharpness, and natural color rendition.

The telescope features a parabolic primary mirror, an optical design that eliminates spherical aberration by concentrating all incoming light to a single point, resulting in crisp and high-fidelity images. This design allows the system to perform effectively even at very high magnifications. This is especially important if you intend to use the telescope primarily for observing very distant objects. Both the primary and secondary mirrors are aluminum-coated, increasing their reflectivity to 92–95%. This treatment helps the observer to better discern faint objects and see more interesting details on the surfaces or in the atmospheres of celestial bodies relatively close to Earth.

The Levenhuk New Skyline PRO 12" has a maximum useful magnification of 600x. The package includes 10mm and 25mm (1.25") Plössl eyepieces, providing 153x and 61x magnification, respectively. The telescope features a 2" dual-speed rack-and-pinion focuser with a 1.25" adapter. This gives you the freedom to upgrade and change accessories, allowing you to choose the perfect equipment for every observing session.

The package also includes an 8x40 optical finder and a primary mirror cooling fan. The cooling fan is powered by 8 AA batteries (sold separately). The Levenhuk New Skyline PRO 12" is your gateway to deep space, revealing thousands of galaxies, star clusters, and nebulae. It allows you to sharply focus on the smallest details: track 1.5 km lunar ridges, study Jupiter's dynamic atmosphere, resolve the structure of Saturn's rings, and search for countless NGC catalog objects. Mounted on an easy-to-use Dobsonian base, this telescope offers an intuitive and engaging experience, making it a brilliant choice for both curious astronomers and experienced observers.
