AC 90/650 AZ-Bellavista: Versatile and bright for observing stars and nature

See distant objects as if they were right on your doorstep! This set, with the powerful AC 90/650 telescope and the stable AZ-Bellavista mount, is an ideal combination for discerning beginners. Whether you're exploring the Milky Way or observing landscapes, the telescope shows you everything in great detail.

Advantages at a glance:

  • Bright and sharp images: The 90mm aperture collects 25% more light than an 80mm telescope, allowing you to see even the faintest celestial objects.
  • For sky and land: You'll see an upright image with no lateral inversion. This way, you can also use the telescope during the day for nature observation.
  • Smooth focusing: Easily and precisely focus the image. Nothing moves or slips.
  • Compact and easy to transport: The telescope is particularly short and light. You can easily take it to places with dark skies, for example.
  • Suitable for photography: Take your first moon photos with the smartphone adapter or use a DSLR camera for spectacular images.

More light, more vision: The 90mm optics

The size of the aperture is crucial for telescopes. With a diameter of 90mm, this telescope collects much more light than typical beginner telescopes. The result: You'll see planets brighter and in more detail. You'll also discover objects far from our solar system. Explore bright globular clusters that look like small cosmic snowballs. Or recognize the delicate shapes of gas nebulae, such as the famous Orion Nebula.

A stroll through the Milky Way: The wide field of view

The short focal length of 650mm provides a wide field of view. This means you will see a wide section of the sky. It's like looking at the sky through a wide-angle window. This way, you can explore the Milky Way and see extensive star clusters in all their splendor with low magnification. Observing with this wide view is particularly impressive and relaxing.

Precision you can feel: The patented Crayford focuser

A good image is not much use if it is not precisely focused. That's why the Omegon AC 90/650 features a high-quality focusing mechanism. Simple devices often have jerky movements. This focuser glides smoothly on ball bearings. This allows you to focus the image with great precision and accuracy. You'll get very sharp images even at high magnifications—a difference you'll notice in every observation.

More than just stars: Also ideal for nature observation

With the included amici prism, your telescope becomes a powerful spotting scope for terrestrial observation. Unlike regular astronomical telescopes, you'll see an upright image with no lateral inversion. This way, during the day, you can observe birds in trees, shy wild animals at the edge of the forest, or distant mountain peaks. This makes the telescope a versatile companion for anyone who wants to discover the world, both day and night.

The intuitive mount for quick and sharp observations both day and night

A bird perched in the sun, a deer grazing at the edge of the forest, or the moon in the daytime sky? There are many situations where one spontaneously points a telescope at an object. That's what the Omegon AZ Bellavista mount is for. It works as easily as a good photo tripod but is as stable and precise as a mount for stargazing. A perfect choice for everyone who loves quick observations.

Advantages at a glance:

  • Ready in an instant: Simply place the telescope or attach it to the L-rail and start. Operation is very simple and immediately understandable.
  • Smooth movement: Precise gears on both axes move the telescope smoothly and without jerking. This way, you can aim at any target and follow it effortlessly.
  • For nature and stars: Observe animals at the edge of the forest or objects in the sky.
  • Stable: The stable stainless steel tripod ensures a sharp image. This way, you can see every detail even at high magnifications.
  • Universal support: The mount is compatible with many telescopes. You can mount your telescope quickly and securely.

Easy handling: Up, down, left, and right

No complicated alignment with the North Star is necessary. With the AZ Bellavista mount, you can easily move your telescope left, right, up, and down. It works like a good camera tripod. This makes the mount ideal for quick and spontaneous observation. Whether you're observing the moon, planets, or objects on Earth: you'll find your target in a few seconds.

Precision you can feel: Smooth and precise movement

A simple photo tripod doesn't move as precisely. The Bellavista has precision gears on both axes. They are controlled by two rotating cranks. This allows you to keep your target exactly in the center, even at high magnification. These smooth and precise movements make all the difference and ensure relaxed observation.

A steel base: Robust tripod

A good mount needs a stable tripod. That's why the Bellavista AZ has a very robust stainless steel tripod. It ensures a stable image, even in wind or when touched. The practical accessory tray easily attaches. It keeps your eyepieces and other items always at hand. This base allows you to get the most out of your telescope's performance.

Omegon Accessory Box: What good is the best telescope without the right accessories?

With the Omegon accessory box, you get a coordinated set that makes your first steps as easy as possible. Instead of laboriously searching for individual eyepieces and adapters, here you'll find everything you need for your first observations and even for your first moon photos. And all of this with quality superior to standard. What do you need to get started? Something with which you can make impressive observations immediately. This includes two eyepieces for small and medium magnifications. Sometimes you want to be even closer to the action. That's what the included 2x Barlow lens is for. It simply fits between the eyepiece and the telescope and doubles the magnification of the corresponding eyepiece. An LED finder is very important for quickly finding and locating objects. A bright red dot in the dark shows you exactly the way. You'll soon realize that this discreet component is as important as your telescope. And with the extension tube, you can always reach the correct focus plane.

Your smartphone becomes an astrophotography camera

Perhaps the most exciting part of the accessory set is the smartphone adapter. With it, you can attach your own mobile phone directly to the eyepiece and take photos of what you are observing. Capture the cratered landscapes of the Moon or photograph Jupiter with its moons. The included Bluetooth shutter control ensures vibration-free images. Share your fascination with the starry sky with your family and friends. It couldn't be easier.
