Under the name of Messier , the traditional Bresser house offers telescopes for ambitious beginners with a Great value for the price . Messier telescope systems are expandable and retrofittable, making them useful well beyond the initial steps.
With the Messier NT-203/1200 optics you can make observations that were not possible in this price range just a few years ago. The NT-203/1200, in particular, offers even better sharpness and contrast for planetary observation , thanks to a longer focal length and minimal obstruction - the abundance of structure and detail on Jupiter's surface is impressive.
But the Messier NT-203/1200 not only wins points in planetary observation: discover with it structures in distant galaxies and let yourself be fascinated by the lines of the emission nebulae in the immensity of the Milky Way. Observe the remnants of exploded giant stars and explore the birthplaces of new stars with the Messier NT-203/1200.
Be amazed by the wonders of the universe with a larger than average telescope!
The telescope is supplied with the Hexafoc focuser , which has a free aperture of 64 mm. For photographic use in particular, the focuser can be retrofitted with a 1:10 reducer (see “Recommended accessories”). This fine drive allows for more precise focus adjustment.
The EXOS-2 mount – The EXOS-2 is a stable mount with large load capacity and precise tracking for visual and powered observations also for astronomical photography. Double grooved radial ball bearings in both axles ensure precise operation and the optimized bearings of the AR axle leave almost no play. This mount is Very stable and manufactured with precision . It is an inexpensive way to take your first steps in astronomical photography.
The GoTo system for Bresser EXOS 2 models will help even those with less experience to locate in a few minutes those astronomical objects difficult or impossible to find . With a single click you can set the system to search for planets, nebulae or galaxies. Additionally, the GoTo system It will position the telescope automatically . Its internal memory has more than 100,000 objects in its database and still has room for you to include some own . Make observations with a Messier series optics with GoTo system without having to search for objects or take photographs of faint objects that, with the classic search method, you could not find.
