This compact and portable Newtonian astrophotographer is designed for the demanding astrophotographer looking for a fast telescope with very good sharpness over a large field of view. It is designed for modern high-resolution and large diameter sensors, up to full format.
Thanks to its fast focal ratio of f/3.2 it can take very deep images of deep sky objects in a single night, with very high resolution. Thus, it is possible to obtain images of extended nebulae or galaxy clusters.
A summary of the advantages:
parabolic main mirror with 200 mm aperture and f/3.2
3" corrector integrated into the focuser with 0.85 reduction
90 mm diameter secondary mirror (minor axis) for full illumination up to full format
large 3" rack and pinion focuser with reducer and M48 adapter
possibility of tilting the focuser
Adjustable and stable support for the main and secondary mirror
44mm diameter fully illuminated and corrected field of view
