Return period:
As your purchase was made from a Spanish company, according to the law in force in the Kingdom of Spain, you have 14 calendar days to return your product, which start counting from the moment you receive the product. However, we will not accept items that are used and/or damaged by use.

Is the return free?
No, the customer is responsible for the total cost of return shipping, which may vary depending on the size of the package. To find out the cost of shipping, you must consult a courier company, and quote the shipping cost to the postal code 08800, Vilanova i la Geltrú, Barcelona, Spain.
We can process it and send you an invoice so that payment for the service can be made. With this option, you do not have to worry about anything, we will contract the service to have it collected from your home.
Can I reject a delivery before receiving the product?
Yes, you can cancel the order before you have received it. If the shipment did not take place, we will refund all the money (product + payment made), but for shipped orders, only the value of the product will be refunded, subtracting the value of the return cost, that is, if you have paid 20,000.00 USD for a product plus 7,000.00 USD for shipping and the return shipping amount is 7,000.00 USD, you will be refunded 13,000.00 USD in total.
When will I receive my refund?
Within a maximum of 15 days once the product arrives at our facilities. Only the products will be refunded, the shipping costs will not be refunded, only the value of the product.
Orders damaged during shipping:
According to our shipping policy, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately providing the following information:
1) Photo of the merchandise with the internal packaging: it must show that the packaging used has protected the content during transport. A picture of the damaged merchandise placed inside the packaging, as it originally arrived to the recipient, is required.
2) Photo of the outer packaging, including the shipping label from the carrier: This must show that the shipment was made with the contracted carrier and that the claim is for the shipment. The photo must be taken from a distance where all the information on the shipping label is visible and legible.
Please remember to always check the condition of the box before accepting delivery.
