Shipping policy
1. General Provisions
1.1. These Shipping Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the international transportation of products purchased from our online store to customers located in the United States and Canada.
1.2. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts these Terms in full.
2. Origin of Goods
2.1. All products are shipped from Spain.
2.2. The customer understands that international shipments may be subject to customs inspections and clearance procedures that are not under our control.
3. Prices, Taxes, and Duties
3.1. All product prices displayed on our website exclude taxes, customs duties, tariffs, brokerage fees, and any other import-related charges applicable in the destination country.
3.2. The customer is solely and fully responsible for paying all duties, taxes, and customs fees required by U.S. or Canadian authorities.
3.3. Under no circumstances shall we be held responsible for delays, extra costs, penalties, or the retention of goods resulting from the customer’s failure to comply with import regulations or settle due charges.
4. Shipping Costs and Insurance
4.1. The shipping cost is calculated and charged at checkout, based on the customer’s address and selected service.
4.2. All shipments include insurance coverage up to the customer’s designated delivery address.
4.3. Our delivery guarantee covers loss or damage of the parcel during transportation, in accordance with the carrier’s policies and international shipping standards.
5. Delivery Attempt, Refusal, and Returned Parcels
5.1. If the customer refuses delivery of the shipment—whether due to non-payment of duties/taxes or any other reason—the shipment will be returned to our facilities.
5.2. In such cases, the following amounts will be deducted from any refund:
a) the full cost of the outbound shipping;
b) the full cost of the return shipping;
c) any additional handling or administrative fees charged by the carrier.
5.3. Only the proportional value of the product itself will be refundable. Shipping costs, customs fees, and insurance are strictly non-refundable.
6. Storage of Returned Items
6.1. Returned merchandise will be held in secure storage for a period of one (1) year from the date of return.
6.2. During this period, the customer may request the reshipment of the item, provided that the customer pays the full cost of the new shipment in advance.
6.3. If the customer does not request reshipment within the one-year period, the item will be considered abandoned. No further claims or refunds will be accepted after this deadline.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. We shall not be liable for delays caused by customs processes, transportation disruptions, force majeure, or carrier-related issues.
7.2. Liability for any loss or damage during transit shall not exceed the insurance coverage included with the shipment and is subject to the carrier’s terms.
8. Governing Law
8.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection regulations applicable in the customer’s country of residence.
9. Damaged Items
The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with an item damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with the following information:
1) Photo of the merchandise with the internal packaging: This must show that the packaging used protected the contents during transport. An image of the damaged merchandise inside the packaging, as it originally arrived to the recipient, is required.
2) Photo of the outer packaging, including the carrier's shipping label: This must demonstrate that the shipment was made with the contracted carrier and that the claim applies to the shipment. The photo must be taken from a distance where all information on the shipping label is visible and legible. Always remember to check the condition of the box before accepting delivery.
