These conditions regulate the use of www.astrotelescopios.com (hereinafter, the “Website”).
The Website is managed by the individual entrepreneur Alexandre August Peñarroya Thurnher, with NIF ES49488749V with tax address at Calle Cristofol Raventos, 2, Vilanova i la Geltrú, Barcelona, Spain (hereinafter Astro Telescopios).
Astro Telescopios reserves the right to modify these Purchase Conditions at any time and without prior notice. The applicable Purchase Conditions will be those in force at the time of acceptance of the order by the user, so it is the User's responsibility to read them periodically.

1 Commitment to good use of the website
The user agrees not to make any fraudulent or illegal use of the Website. In the event of any reasonable indication of such use, Astro Telescopios may cancel any order or service requested and may also inform the corresponding authorities.
2 Service availability
The items in the Astro Telescopes online store are delivered to your home in Spain, Belgium, France, Portugal, Germany, the United Kingdom and Italy. The service is only available in continental Europe and the Balearic Islands.
3 Purchase procedure
Within the product page to make the purchase correctly, the customer must follow the steps indicated below:
-Add the product to the cart or continue shopping. To add the product to the cart and continue purchasing, the customer must click on the “Add to cart” button. If, on the other hand, the customer wants to complete the purchase and go to the payment screen, they must click on “buy now”.
4 Formalization of the contract
All orders will be subject to confirmation by Astro Telescopios. Therefore, the contract will be formalized when Astro Telescopios sends the order shipping confirmation, the subject of said contract being the items ordered by the user that are contemplated in said confirmation.
5 Price and payment
The price of the items in the Astro Telescopes online store will be the one established on the Website at the time of placing the order. In the event of a price error, the customer will be informed as soon as possible, offering the option to confirm their order with the correct price or cancel it. If contact cannot be established, the order will be considered canceled and the amounts paid by the customer will be fully refunded.
The prices of the items include 21% Spanish VAT (Value Added Tax) and exclude any amount for additional services, such as shipping costs, which will be added to the total amount before acceptance of the order by the user, unless there are current promotions.
Astro Telescopios reserves the right to modify the prices that appear on the website at any time and without prior notice. However, the possible changes will not affect orders that Astro Telescopes had previously confirmed.
Promotions and discounts will be limited to the dates and selection of items and/or services indicated in the Astro Telescopios online store.
The payment methods accepted in the Astro Telescopes online store are: Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro Mastercard, Bizum, PayPal, bank transfer and financing through Klarna Bank up to €3,000.00.
For Astro Telescopios, the security and confidentiality of online purchases is of vital importance. Therefore, purchases are made through a secure payment system and the data is transmitted in an SSL encrypted manner to the bank.
6 Product availability
The action of adding a product to the cart does not imply its reservation. It may happen that it runs out before completing the purchase despite being available when it was added to the shopping cart.
Online store orders are subject to availability. If at the time of receipt of the order there is no stock in our warehouses, Astro Telescopios will try to locate the product in question. If this is not possible, the user will be notified and the amount of the item in question will be returned to the same account from which the payment was made.

7 Adjustment service
The Astro Telescopes adjustment service will not be usable for items purchased in the online store.
