Omegon 15x70 Nightstar-Lightweight binoculars for astronomical and nature observation.
The big binoculars15x70 Nightstar by OmegonThey are "little brothers" of the 20x80, with a more compact and lighter construction. Despite this, you can optimally use the 15x70 to undertake excursions to the sky. With an exit pupil of 4.7mm, the binoculars have great light potential and are also very suitable for observing nature and animals at dawn and dusk.
All lenses have a multiple bonus, which has positive effects on the optical quality. The binoculars impress with their clear representation up to the edge of the field of view. This is an instrument that invites people who wear glasses. Due to the interocular distance of 18mm, it is possible to observe the complete field of vision with almost all types of glasses. The rubber blinders can be deployed for these purposes. They adapt to the eye sockets and thus guarantee comfortable and pleasant use.
With a 70mm aperture, the optical system supplies twice as much light as with a 50mm aperture. Despite this, measurements and weight only slightly exceed those of binoculars with smaller apertures.
The advantages at sight:
70mm aperture guarantees great optical potential
18mm interocular distance
4.7mm exit pupil
Full multiple bonus of all optical elements
Rubber blinders
Negligently heavier than smaller aperture binoculars
Minimum observation distance of 10 meters
With thread to mount tripod

Objectives that you can see clearly with binoculars:
- Orion Nebula (very good, visible details, large image) - Andromeda galaxy (very good; when I had one at night, excellent observing conditions, I could see the very bright nucleus and dust fringes; otherwise only the nucleus is visible as a spot of light in the sky) - Pleiades (they look like beautiful jewels in binoculars) - Whirlpool Galaxy (faint, best visible with slightly deviated vision, the satellite galaxy can be seen because it is a little brighter) - Pinwheel Galaxy (weak, with deviated vision) - Jupiter and its four large satellites - Saturn and its rings (the rings are a little difficult to distinguish due to the brightness of the planet, but you can distinguish them by flanking the planet) - Beehive Star Cluster - IC4665 star cluster - Globular star cluster in Hercules - Star clusters in Scorpio - Trifid star cluster - Bode Galaxy (M81) and Cigar Galaxy (M82) (averted vision and good viewing conditions).
NOTE THEY have been observed in skies with level 5-6 light pollution.
