The Levenhuk M2500 PLUS Digital Camera is designed to capture high-resolution images when used with low magnification objectives of 4x and 10x. Even at low magnification, the camera’s 25MP sensor allows for very accurate detailed images. The sensor produces a color image with a maximum resolution of 4928x4928 px. This camera is recommended for brightfield observations.

A key advantage of this camera is its USB 3.0 interface, which transfers data 10 times faster than USB 2.0. This makes the camera ideal for presentations, live broadcasts, and recording videos of moving objects. The frame rate depends on the selected resolution and can reach up to 100 frames per second.

The camera comes with software to configure the device's working parameters and process captured images. The software is compatible with Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems. The camera is mounted on a microscope using a C-mount adapter. The included adapters allow the camera to be adapted to eyepiece tubes of different diameters.
