Infinity Plan semi-apochromatic objectives. The set contains 5 objectives with a parfocal distance of 60 mm.

The Plan semi-apochromatic fluorescent objective is designed for transmitted light and fluorescence observations. The objective lenses are made of fluorite, a mineral with a high degree of transparency over a wide spectrum of wavelengths, without autofluorescence or birefringence, with the secondary spectrum corrected. The high numerical aperture improves the resolving power of the objective. The image in the eyepieces and through the digital camera is sharper, with higher contrast and brighter than with a conventional achromatic plan objective.

Plan semi-apochromatic objectives correct chromatic aberrations for four colors, spherical aberration for three colors, and field curvature for 90% of the field of view diameter.
The 4x and 10x objectives are designed for working with samples with or without cover slips. The 20x, 40x, and 100x objectives are used for observing samples with a 0.17 mm cover slip. The 100x objective supports oil immersion. All objectives are designed for infinity-corrected tube length. The parfocal distance is 60 mm.

To facilitate fluorescence techniques, fluorescence objectives are installed in the revolving nosepiece instead of conventional objectives, and the epi-fluorescence attachment is installed between the microscope head and the stand.
When using transmitted light, fluorescence objectives improve the microscope’s resolution and reduce the depth of field.
