The Levenhuk Rainbow DM500 LCD digital microscope is a device for studying objects of any degree of transparency. It is suitable for studying plant parts, insects, and ready-to-use microscope specimens. You can examine stones, coins, electronic components, and mechanisms. This microscope also allows you to take photos and record videos. You can control these functions using a wireless remote control.

The microscope is equipped with a 5-inch rotating color LCD screen. The screen can be tilted slightly for more comfortable use. The total magnification of the microscope ranges from 7x to 200x, while the optical magnification is from 7x to 50x. The microscope stage is equipped with clips for holding microscope slides. LED illumination is located both above and below the stage, allowing you to work not only with opaque samples but also with semi-transparent and completely transparent ones. The brightness of the illumination is adjustable.

Use the buttons on the base of the microscope to control the main functions. You can take photos and record videos using a wireless remote control. This is useful when you have already set up the device and it's important not to change the settings by accidentally touching the device. You can take high-resolution photos and record videos and save the results to a memory card (sold separately).

Furthermore, one of the key features of this model is its battery operation. This makes the microscope portable and allows it to be used where there is no nearby power outlet.
