The Omegon 90mm telescope is especially suitable for general observation or guiding of faint stars. When small telescopes are no longer useful and there are no bright stars in sight, the true value of the Omegon 90mm refractor comes to light. But it still hides much more...
For sky and ground: Achromatic with 90 mm aperture
With a focal length of just 500 mm, it is an extremely compact refractor that, apart from being a guide telescope, perfectly fulfills the functions of a travel telescope. Thanks to the interior design of the tube and the multi-layer coating of the double lens of the objective, the reduction of reflections is extreme. Complete it with a 2" eyepiece and a low magnification factor and discover fantastic facets of the sky and nature. Plus, with a magnification factor of up to 80x you can go into detail if you want.
A refractor as a guide
This achromat includes a double clamp and prism rail adapted for mounting on any mount that has a GP connection point. To take astrophotos, for example, you can choose a dual grip and a Guidescope mount. You can also attach it using guide tube clamps (not included).
Crayford focuser
It also includes a 2" Crayford focuser for faster and easier focusing. Allows the use of 2" wide field eyepieces or the connection of standard 1.25" eyepieces using a reducer.
Robust metallized tube
The tube of this 90 mm refractor has a removable anti-dew cap that, apart from giving it an elegant look, protects the valuable optics.
Advantages offered by this refractor:
- 90mm large opening
- Useful as a guide and travel telescope
