Inspire 70mm AZ starter telescope

The Celestron Inspire 70AZ is a doublet achromatic refractor telescope with an Alta-azimuthal mount (moving up and down, and from right to left) perfect for those who want to start in this hobby to gradually discover the constellations or planets and the moon.

With a front lens diameter of 70 mm and 700 mm focal length at f/10, it shows a cleaner image of chromatic aberration than other models with faster focal ratios such as f/5, so it shows us a well-contrasted and sharp image .

Another important innovation of the Celestron Inspire series telescopes is that they now incorporate a docking system for our Smartphone in the lid of the eyepiece holder so that you can take your first astrophotographs of the Moon and the planets.

Unlike Newton telescopes or other catadioptric telescopes, this telescope does not require any type of maintenance by the user throughout its useful life, so it is ideal to mount it and observe without wasting time with collimation or other adjustments !

Included with this telescope are two 20 mm (35x magnification) and 10mm (70x magnification) eyepieces at 1.25” Kellner type, perfect for observing the craters and large mountains of the Moon, the satellites of Jupiter or viewing the rings of Saturn, as well as bright nebulae like M42 in the constellation of Orion or beautiful and colorful double stars like Albireo in the constellation of Cygnus, well defined, since the stars are much more punctual by lacking a central obstruction.
