The Levenhuk Skyline BASE 100S is a well-balanced Newtonian reflector arranged on an altazimuthal mount. It is easy to use, even for a beginner astronomer, and at the same time allows the observation of many deep space objects. This telescope is highly regarded by amateur astronomers who are not prepared to use a complex telescope. The Levenhuk Skyline BASE 100S is ideal for people who want to explore the limitless universe of nebulae, galaxies and star clusters.

Although it is best suited for exploring deep space, you can also use this telescope to observe the Luma and the planets of the Solar System. The kit includes two eyepieces, which can be exchanged to adjust the optics to observe different celestial objects. A 6x optical finderscope allows precise targeting of desired areas of the sky.

This telescope is provided with an altazimuth mount, the use of which is easy to learn. The Levenhuk Skyline BASE 100S is operated like a classic spotting scope, moving the optical tube horizontally and vertically. The mount is arranged on a standard aluminum tripod that allows the telescope to be placed even on uneven surfaces. An accessory tray is included. The tripod legs are adjustable in length.
