A curved single-arm mount holds optics between 90 and 130 mm aperture. SLT is the acronym forStar Locating Telescope – All telescopes in this series are equipped with aautomatic positioning system (GoTo)with which you can approach thousands of objects with the push of a button, without the need for experience or knowledge.
The NexStar 127 SLT is the ideal telescope to start astronomical observation from above. Its mount with automated tracking system allows you to take the first steps in astrophotography. To take photos, the user needs to purchase a camera that is not included with the sale of the telescope.
The telescope is recommended for observing the Moon, planets and deep sky.
The mount works with LR6 batteries not supplied, but the use of a source is recommended to enjoy endless hours of observation.
